We accept returns on all products. All returns must be postmarked within twenty (20) days of your receipt of the ordered merchandise. Item(s) must be in original condition, showing no signs of damage or use. All jewelry boxes, bags, pouches and tags should be returned with the item(s).
Refunds include the price of the item(s) and any applicable tax. Shipping and handling costs are not included in any refund unless the returned item(s) arrived damaged. The customer is also responsible for the cost of return shipments unless the item has arrived damaged.
Return orders will be processed as quickly as possible and, in most cases, all refunds should occur within 24-48 hours once we have received the item(s). WE CANNOT PROCESS REFUNDS MORE THAN 20 DAYS AFTER THE DATE OF PURCHASE

Returns must be sent via U.S. Postal Service, FedEx, or UPS. We recommend purchasing insurance since we cannot be responsible for lost/damaged packages. Returns that arrive back to us damaged from improper customer packaging will not be accepted.
Lili Claspe ships all orders with insurance so please contact us within three (3) days of receipt of any damaged goods so we can contact the shipping company and proceed accordingly. Although we check all merchandise for defects and damage prior to shipment, it is the buyer's responsibility to examine the product upon arrival to ensure it is free of any defect. Goods damaged due to buyers’ negligence will not be accepted for refund.
Taxes/Duties/Refused Shipments (for International Shipments):
You are responsible for any additional taxes and duties. Lili Claspe is not responsible for any fees charged by customs. If you decide to refuse any shipments from Lili Claspe, you are responsible for the original shipping charges to you, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package (on both the original and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package. This amount will be subtracted from your refund.
Certain Provisions Regarding Purchases:
When you place an order for an item displayed on this site, you are making to Lili Claspe an offer of purchase. If Lili Claspe accepts that offer, we will supply the goods where possible, but will not be obligated to do so. If an item you order is not available, or the price has changed, we will attempt to contact you to let you know of the unavailability or the price changes, as applicable. If we are unable to contact you, we will cancel the order. No substitutions will be made without customer approval.
We attempt to ship all orders promptly. In most cases, orders will be processed immediately and will ship out within three (3) business days, in all cases pending availability and credit verification. ALL PURCHASES ARE MADE TO ORDER. So please be patient, as orders don't usually ship out the day they are placed. Please allow additional time for shipments to APO/FPO addresses as well as international orders. We do not provide weekend delivery for any method of shipping. Please note that these processing and shipping provisions are only general guidelines; Lili Claspe cannot guarantee that the time frames noted will be met.
