We are committed to processing all orders as quickly as possible. Due to the fact that many items are hand made to order, we kindly ask for up to 2-4 Business Days (Monday-Friday), pending availability and credit verification, for these to be processed and shipped from our warehouse.

Please make sure your address is correct on your order. Lili Claspe is not responsible for catching shipping address errors provided to us. If we are notified after the package has been sent out, we will do our best to get in touch with the shipping carrier to have the package re-routed back to us.
If we receive the package back, we will provide the customer with the options to re-pay the shipping charge to have it sent to the correct address, or to have the item(s) refunded, original shipping charge excluded.
Lili Claspe is not liable for missing packages if the shipping label accurately reflects the address provided on the order. Should a package go missing, and is insured (every shipping option EXCEPT USPS First-Class International Mail provides this), Lili Claspe will take out a claim in an attempt to track down the package and/or recover any necessary costs from the shipping carrier, to pass along to the customer.
Taxes/Duties for International Shipments:
Duties and taxes are not included in the checkout total. These are determined by the customs agency in the destination country and are collected at the time of delivery by the recipient. Lili Claspe is not responsible for these fees.
USPS First Class International Mail:
Orders typically take up to 2-4 weeks to arrive via USPS First-Class International Mail; sometimes longer depending on the processing time through Customs in the destination country. This processing time is entirely out of our control.
LIMITED TRACKING/NO INSURANCE available when choosing this shipping option, and status updates beyond the United States are only available for select countries. Please call your local post office with the tracking number for possible further assistance.
