Shipping Policy


We are committed to processing all orders as quickly as possible. Due to the fact that many items are made to order, please allow up to 2-3 Business Days for items to be shipped. If for any reason there is a delay in processing and/or shipping, the customer will be directly notified.

DOMESTIC

United States Postal Service and FedEx rates are determined by item weight and recipient address. Tracking information will be included with all FedEx shipments and Priority/Express USPS orders.

WE WILL PROVIDE PROOF OF MAILING AND TRACKING NUMBERS, BUT ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST PACKAGES. 

INTERNATIONAL

United States Postal Service and FedEx rates are determined by item weight and recipient address. Tracking information will be included when available. 

USPS First Class International Mail: Orders typically take 2-4 weeks to arrive via USPS First-Class Intl. Mail. LIMITED TRACKING available when choosing this shipping option, and status updates beyond the United States are only available for select countries. Please call your local post office with the tracking number for further assistance. 

Many packages take time passing through customs, especially those containing jewelry.  This process is completely out of our control.

WE WILL PROVIDE PROOF OF MAILING AND CUSTOMS IDENTIFICATION NUMBERS, BUT ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST PACKAGES. 

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY CUSTOMS FEES INVOLVED WITH THE DELIVERY OF PACKAGES FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS.
