LILI CLASPE IS NOT EXPERIENCING ANY FULFILLMENT DELAYS. ALL ORDERS ARE PACKED AND PICKED UP BY USPS WITHIN 3 BUSINESS DAYS. HOWEVER, DUE TO THE ONGOING COVID RESTRICTIONS AND UNDERSTAFFING, WE ARE SEEING SEVERAL DELAYS WITH USPS DELIVERIES. IT IS COMMON PLACE FOR PACKAGE STATUS TO REMAIN IN THE SAME LOCATION WITHOUT TRACKING UPDATES FOR MULTIPLE DAYS OR NOT UNTIL DELIVERY OF PACKAGE.

ALL RETURNED OR EXCHANGED JEWELRY IS SENT BACK TO OUR FACTORY FOR PROPER STERILIZATION AND RE-PACKAGING PRIOR TO RETURNING TO OUR INVENTORY.

IN ADDITION TO SOCIAL DISTANCING, ALL LILI CLASPE STAFF IS REQUIRED TO WEAR FACIAL COVERINGS AND RECEIVE TEMPERATURE CHECKS PRIOR TO ENTERING THE OFFICE. YOUR ORDERS ARE QUALITY CHECKED AND PACKED WITH THE PROTECTION OF GLOVES, THEN SEALED AND DOUBLE BAGGED TO FURTHER ENSURE YOUR SAFETY.
