Return/Exchange Policy

 

  • We accept returns/exchanges postmarked within 30 days of your delivery date; items must be unworn and in their original packaging. Unfortunately we are unable to process exchanges for orders shipping internationally.
  • Custom Orders and items marked Final Sale may not be returned or exchanged.
  • Returns/Exchanges within the US are free! If you did not receive a return label with your order, please contact us. If you are returning from outside the US, please see below for return instructions.
  • Refunds will include the price of the item(s) and any applicable tax. This will be applied within 2-3 Business Days of receiving the merchandise, and we’ll send you an email once your return or exchange is complete.
  • Please allow up to 3-10 Business Days for your bank to post the refund to your account.

You may send your merchandise back using any shipping carrier of your choice. We recommend purchasing insurance and tracking since we are not responsible for lost/damaged packages. Returns that arrive back to us damaged from improper customer packaging will not be accepted.

  

TAXES/DUTIES ON REFUSED SHIPMENTS (INTERNATIONAL ONLY):  

If you decide to refuse any shipments from Lili Claspe, you are responsible for the original shipping charges to you, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package (on both the original and return shipments). This amount will be subtracted from your refund.
