Return/Exchange Policy


  • We accept returns/exchanges postmarked within 30 days of your delivery date; any items from Fine Jewelry will be accepted for online credit only. Returns postmarked more than 30 days from delivery are ineligible for return and the customer will be contacted. Custom Orders and items marked Final Sale may not be returned or exchanged.
  • Exchanges within the US are shipped free of charge. For exchanges shipping internationally, we will invoice the shipping fee to the email on file.
  • Returned items must be unworn and in their original packaging. Please include a protective layer over the jewelry to protect from damage through transit. Returns that arrive back to us damaged from improper packaging will not be accepted and the customer will be contacted.
  • Refunds will include the price of the item(s) and any applicable tax. This will be applied within 2-3 Business Days of receiving the merchandise back, and an email confirmation will be sent once the return or exchange is processed.
  • Please allow up to 3-10 Business Days for your bank to post the refund to your account.

You may send your merchandise back using any shipping carrier of your choice. We recommend purchasing insurance and tracking since we are not responsible for lost/damaged packages. 



If you decide to refuse any shipments from Lili Claspe, you are responsible for the original shipping charges to you, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package (on both the original and return shipments). This amount will be subtracted from your refund.
